Terms of Use

By registering on the service you automatically accept the Finzli terms of use.

Revised on July 25, 2026Version 1.0Privacy Policy

1. What Finzli is

Finzli is a service that provides access to crypto market analytics tools: a screener, an order book and density map, liquidation maps, a sharp-move scanner, setup sections, a news feed, a trading journal, and analyses generated by algorithms and language models.

Finzli is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, asset manager or financial institution, and does not provide services that require a licence.

2. This is not financial advice

All content in the service is informational and educational. Neither the data, nor bot signals, nor Pulse AI analyses, nor other users’ publications constitute individual investment advice, an offer, or an inducement to enter into a transaction.

Decisions to buy, sell or hold an asset are yours alone and you bear full responsibility for them. Do your own research and assess the risks before trading. Trading cryptocurrency, especially with leverage, carries the risk of losing all invested funds.

Past signal performance and bot statistics reflect history and do not guarantee future results. Some texts are generated by language models and may contain inaccuracies; verify them against the chart and exchange data.

The service takes no part in your settlements: it does not make payments for you, does not prepare documents on your behalf, and does not deal with third parties regarding your trades.

3. We do not trade your funds

The service does not take funds under management, does not open or close positions on your behalf, and has no withdrawal access. The exchange API keys you add to the Journal are used solely to read your trade history and balance.

The service does not hold user funds and does not maintain monetary balances: the only movement of funds is a one-off subscription payment against an invoice. Finzli is not a payment intermediary, does not take funds into custody, and does not process transfers between users.

There is no need to grant keys any extra permissions. If you nevertheless grant a key trading or withdrawal rights, you bear responsibility for the consequences of that decision.

Finzli never offers to manage your funds, never asks you to send money to personal wallets of its staff, and never requests passwords, confirmation codes, seed phrases or keys with withdrawal rights. The only payment in the service is the subscription invoice generated on the payment page. If someone contacts you on behalf of Finzli with any other proposal, it is a scam: do not transfer funds, do not share access, and report it to our support immediately. We will investigate and warn other users.

4. Account and access

  • Registration requires a valid email address or a Google sign-in. The details you provide must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken under your account.
  • Only one session per account is active at a time. Signing in from another device ends the previous session. This protects a paid subscription from being shared.
  • The service is available to persons aged 18 and over. Use from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted by law or sanctions regimes is not permitted.

5. Subscription and payment

Some sections are free, the rest are unlocked by a paid subscription. Plan contents and prices are listed on the subscription page and may change; a price change does not affect a period already paid for.

The service evolves, so the set of features within a plan may change: tools are added, merged, moved between plans or replaced. A subscription grants access to the service as it currently exists, not to a fixed list of features, and such changes are not grounds for a refund.

  • Payment is accepted in USDT on the supported networks. Transfer exactly the amount shown on the invoice: the fractional part serves as the identifier of your payment.
  • Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender. The full invoice amount must arrive at the address: if your wallet deducts the fee from the transfer, the payment will be short and the subscription will not be activated.
  • Access is granted automatically once the transfer is confirmed on-chain. This usually takes a few minutes.
  • There is no auto-renewal and no automatic charges. When the paid period ends, access to paid sections simply stops; you can extend the subscription with a new payment.
  • Buying a higher plan activates it immediately, and the remainder of the current period is neither carried over nor compensated. Buying the same plan extends its term. Buying a lower plan is queued and activates once the current one ends.
  • A premium trial is granted once per user. Activating it may require account verification, and technical device signals are used to prevent repeat activations. Attempting to obtain a second trial, including through additional accounts, entitles us to cancel the trial access and restrict the accounts involved in the workaround.
  • By starting a payment you request immediate access once the transfer is confirmed and agree that the service is considered delivered from the moment access is granted.

6. Refunds and transfer errors

Refunds for a paid subscription are not provided. Access is granted immediately and in full, so payments are not returned for an unused period or if you stop using the service early.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. The sender is responsible for making the transfer correctly: the amount, network and address must exactly match those shown on the invoice. A transfer in a different network, to a different address, or with a rounded or altered amount will not be recognised and the subscription will not be activated.

If you made a mistake with a transfer, contact support. We will try to investigate and help as far as technically possible, but we give no guarantee of recovering funds and assume no obligation to return them.

7. Affiliate programme

Every user has a personal referral link. Whoever registers through it receives a standing discount on subscriptions, and the referrer receives cashback on each of their payments. The current discount and cashback rates, as well as the minimum payout amount, are shown on the referral programme page; we may change them, and new values apply to accruals made after the change.

  • Cashback accrues only from payments of invited users that have actually been received and confirmed. If a payment fails, is cancelled or reversed, the related accrual is cancelled.
  • Accumulated cashback can be withdrawn on your request, starting from the minimum amount, to the wallet address and network you have saved. Requests are processed manually, so we do not guarantee a specific payout time.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and network. Funds sent to incorrectly provided details are deemed paid and will not be sent again.
  • You are free to promote your link by any lawful means: your own channels, chats and blogs, social media, videos and reviews, topical communities where the platform rules allow it, paid advertising, personal recommendations. The more people join through your link and pay for a subscription, the more cashback you earn, and we set no limit on the number of users you bring.
  • The following promotion methods are deemed unacceptable, as they expose the service to claims: sending messages to persons who have not consented to receive them; automated placement of links in third-party chats, discussions and comments in breach of the rules of the relevant platforms; statements about guaranteed income or other assertions regarding the profitability of the service; acting on behalf of Finzli without due authority, as well as creating channels, websites and accounts that imitate the service.
  • We may decline a payout request or cancel accrued cashback where it does not relate to the acquisition of genuine users. Such cases include: referring your own or controlled accounts, registering fictitious users, payments made in order to recover part of the subscription price for yourself, and any other actions that artificially inflate turnover. The grounds for a decline are recorded in your payout history.
  • A decision to decline a request or cancel accruals may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request this, contact our support team: we will examine the circumstances of the individual case and, if the grounds for refusal are not confirmed, restore the accruals and process the payout.
  • We may suspend payouts while a review is under way, and may modify or discontinue the referral programme. If the programme ends, cashback already confirmed and available for withdrawal remains available.
  • Individual promotion arrangements (increased rewards, team or project programmes) are agreed separately and take effect only after our written confirmation.

8. Collectible coins and other rewards

Users earn collectible coins for activity in the service. Other in-service rewards may appear in the community, including gifts between users; the same rules apply to them.

At present, any such rewards are marks of recognition within the community. They carry no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts, and disappear together with a deleted account.

These are the rules as they stand today, and they may change. The service evolves, so in future we may introduce other mechanics for rewards: exchange within the service, transfers between accounts, or use in new sections. New rules take effect once published on the website and give no right to demand a buy-back, compensation or a monetary valuation of rewards received earlier.

We may change the catalogue of rewards and the rules for awarding them, and may revoke a reward obtained in breach of the service rules.

9. Trading Journal

The Journal imports trade history from connected exchanges and computes statistics from it. The data comes from exchange interfaces, so its completeness and accuracy depend on the exchange: part of the history may be unavailable and calculations may differ from exchange reports. The Journal is designed as a self-review tool and is not intended for official reporting.

10. Your content and the community

You are responsible for what you publish: posts, signals, comments, images, club materials and direct messages. You retain the rights to your content; by publishing it you allow the service to display, store and distribute it as part of the platform operation.

  • It is prohibited to publish deception or knowingly false profit promises, third-party materials without rights, insults and threats, spam and advertising of external services, or any materials that violate the law.
  • We may hide or remove content that breaches these rules, restrict your ability to publish, or close access to the service in cases of repeated or severe violations.
  • If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact support within 30 days of the restriction. We will review your case and lift the measure if it was applied in error. We do not disclose the details of how our protection systems work or what triggers restrictions.
  • If material published in the service infringes your copyright or other rights, notify us through support: include a link to the publication, evidence of your rights and a contact address. We review such notices and may hide or remove the disputed material pending clarification. Responsibility for the material itself lies with the user who published it.
  • The service does not verify the accuracy of user publications and is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of them.

11. Trading League

Participation in the League is voluntary. Results are calculated from the real trade history of the connected key, and a participant’s relative metrics are visible to other users. Season rules, division boundaries and early-termination conditions are described on the League page.

We may remove a participant from the leaderboard if their result was obtained through manipulation: artificial trades, coordinated trading between accounts, or other actions that distort the statistics.

12. Prohibited use

Breaching any of the points below entitles us to restrict or close access without a refund, to demand removal of unlawfully distributed materials, and to take the legal steps available to protect our rights.

  • Sharing account access with third parties, reselling access, or using one account for several people.
  • Creating additional accounts to bypass plan limits, free-tier restrictions, the trial period, or restrictions imposed on you.
  • Forwarding, publishing or reselling service materials outside the service: Finzli bot signals, Pulse AI analyses, setup cards and any other data available under a subscription. This covers Telegram channels and chats, third-party websites, newsletters and private groups, including free ones. A subscription opens access for you personally, not a right to distribute the content further.
  • Publishing our bots’ statistics, screenshots and results in your own channels or websites as if they were yours, or using the Finzli name and materials to promote third-party paid services and subscriptions.
  • Automated scraping of service data, circumventing plan limits or request quotas, and embedding our data into third-party products without written permission.
  • Attempting to access other users’ accounts or data, interfering with the operation of the service, or reverse engineering it.
  • Using the service for activity that violates the law of your country or of the operator’s country.

13. Service availability

The service is evolving and under active development. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee continuous availability: maintenance, outages, data delays and disruptions on the side of exchanges and other providers are possible. Individual features may change, be extended or be discontinued.

Market data comes from external sources. We do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness and are not responsible for errors made by data providers.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control: hostilities, power and communications outages, hosting provider incidents, blockchain network and exchange failures, or acts of authorities.

If the service is discontinued entirely, we will try to announce it on the website in advance so that you can export the data you need. Users with an active paid subscription will be offered a solution appropriate to the situation: a transfer of access if the service continues in another form, or another option available at that time.

14. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any other damages arising from use of the service, including where a decision was based on Finzli data, signals or analyses.

The aggregate liability of Finzli for any claims related to the service shall in no case exceed the amount actually paid by you for a subscription during the three months preceding the claim. If no payment was made during that period, Finzli bears no liability: this covers the free plan, trial periods, promo-code access and any other free provision of access.

15. Rights to the service

The name, logo, interface, texts, algorithms and design of the service belong to the operator. A subscription grants the right to use the service but does not transfer rights to its content and does not permit copying or using it in your own products.

16. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in your profile. We may restrict or close access if these terms are breached, if there are attempts to harm the service or other users, or where the law requires it. If access is closed for a violation, the paid period is not refunded.

Deleting your account ends any active subscriptions with no right of restoration: payment for the unused period is not refunded, collectible coins and other earned rewards are lost, and a deleted account and its history cannot be recovered. If you simply want to take a break, just stop using the service: your account will remain.

Where signs of abuse appear, we may temporarily suspend access or particular features pending clarification. If the suspicion is not confirmed, access is restored and the subscription term is extended by the length of the suspension.

17. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms as the service evolves. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page, and we will announce material changes on the website. By continuing to use the service after an update you accept the new version.

This document is published in Ukrainian, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Ukrainian version prevails.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another operator of the service, including a legal entity established to develop Finzli. Such a transfer does not reduce the scope of your rights, and a notice will be published on the website.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are first addressed through correspondence: you send a request to support and allow us at least 30 days to respond. This step is required before turning to any other means of dispute resolution.

Any questions about this document? Write to support and we will sort it out.
